INHERITANCE & SYARIAH PRACTICE
· Preparation of wills (in accordance with Islamic principles), Hibah documentation, appointment of Administrator, and distribution of a deceased estate in accordance to Faraid.
· Attend to Syariah-based litigation matters at the Syariah Court such as Pre and Post Nuptial agreement, Personal Litigation proceedings (Divorce), Post-Ancillary Claims (Custody/Maintanance), Jointly Acquired Assets Claim, Injunctions/Prohibitory Orders, Muslim personal Estate Agreement (Hibah/ Trust/Wasiat) and so on.
CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL
· Deals with preparation of documentations relating to corporate and commercial dealings such as preparing and drafting joint venture agreement relating to the development of a land, sale of shares and memorandum of understanding ;
· Drafting of various corporate and commercial contracts including shareholders agreement, shares sale agreement, subscription agreement, agency agreement, service level agreement, investment and financing documentation.
CONVEYANCING & REAL ESTATE
· Preparation of documentations relating to the transaction, disposal and dealing of a property (be it residential or commercial) such as preparing and drafting sale and purchase agreements of properties by individuals and companies ;
· Assist parties involved in transaction to prepare, execute and finalise the process pertaining to sale and purchase (transfer), leasing, tenancy as well as assignment and charge of the property.
SYARIAH CRIMINAL LITIGATION
· Relate to the sanctity of the religion of Islam and its institution and also decency.
